From our inception, HERS has been as focused on fostering a supportive network of women leaders as it has been on individual leadership development. While it is beyond our scope to offer one-on-one coaching, we recognize the need for individuals to continue their leadership development journey, and we encourage our alums to seek out supplementary coaching when possible.
