Through executive coaching, peer-to-peer learning, networking, and thoughtful reflection of who you are and who you want to be, you’ll develop clarity and authentic alignment with a career path that unleashes your full potential.

Curriculum Overview
The curriculum and structure will encourage broader networking, build clarity of your values and strengths, and facilitate the development of documents that will guide and support your desired career path. The virtual delivery schedule consists of an introductory meeting, four group sessions with an executive coach, an independent networking activity, and a final celebration session to share your (newly defined) career blueprint with your cohort.

Session Dates and Learning Outcome Themes

After the orientation meeting, all sessions will take place weekly on Tuesdays for three months, at 1:45 PM ET. Opening and closing sessions are 60 minutes each, while sessions 1-4 are 75 minutes.   

Welcome Session : Program Orientation
Getting to know HERS Online and the technology we use.

Session 1 : Clarity and Intentionality
Develop a clear and intentional process for career visioning to reveal your unexplored path.

Session 2 :  Alignment and Accountability  
Increase your awareness of character strengths for authentic career alignment and accountability to unleash your career potential.

Inter-Session Networking 
Independent exercise scheduled with peers in your cohort and life for feedback on your career blueprint.

Session 3 : Voice Positioning and Visibility 
Harness the power of your voice and visibility for strategic career moves by having a fearless heart, creating a future story, and developing a freedom mindset.

Session 4:  Breakthrough and Affirmation
Identify threats and barriers to your career success, and reframe them as career breakthroughs to re-affirm yourself on your unstoppable path.

Closing Session:  Celebration of You+   
Celebrate your growth and share the next steps in your newly defined career path. 

Who Is This Program For?
The program is for early to late-career women in higher education who may not know what leadership role they’re aiming for or the next step but are focused on adding clarity and intentionality to their career growth. The earlier you take ownership of your authentic alignment with your career path, the more you’ll benefit. This program is for you if you want to:

Meet the Facilitator
Dr. Katrina Hutchins (“Dr. K”) is the President & CEO of Re-Source Solutions, a certified Personal & Executive Coach, Consultant, Speaker, Author, and Professor. She has decades of experience as a senior leader in the nonprofit, philanthropic, higher education, and faith-based sectors and is committed to positioning her voice in a way that amplifies the voices of others. Dr. K’s leading goal is to touch the lives and work of others and to leave them better than before.
