Centering Racial Equity to Lead Institutional Transformation.

This intensive workshop series is designed to equip you to develop the skills needed to translate institutional values and aspirations into tangible actions that close equity gaps in policies, practices, experiences, and outcomes among groups that have been historically excluded, marginalized, and underserved. The series will offer a highly engaging, fast-paced opportunity to learn, share, reflect and practice skills for equity-minded leadership.

As institutions strive to live into their mission and core values on diversity, equity, inclusion, and access – ensure you are prepared to effectively meet the evolving needs of the workplace. Honing a racial equity lens requires evidence-based analysis, alignment with institutional priorities, and intentional planning to dismantle longstanding structural barriers.
