Equity-Minded Leadership Series
Join us for a four-part series that will equip women leaders to effectively meet the evolving needs of the workplace as institutions strive to live into their mission and/or core values around diversity, equity, inclusion, and access. Participants will develop the skills needed to translate institutional values and aspirations into tangible actions that close equity gaps in policies, practices, experiences, and outcomes among groups that have been historically excluded, marginalized, and underserved. Leading from an equity lens involves forming a holistic approach to integrate equity in all decision-making, problem-solving, and innovation.

Using readings, expert-led discussions, and weekly equity-oriented leadership competency development assignments, this virtual four-session series will provide participants with knowledge and skill-building to be the equity-minded leader’s institutions need.
