The research HERS conducts sheds necessary light on the experience of members of groups historically underrepresented and marginalized, revealing the path forward to inclusion and equity in higher education and beyond. To promote the causes of inclusion and equity for women in higher education, HERS collaborates with non-profit, government and private sector partners to conduct research related to the advancement of women in areas where they are underrepresented and/or marginalized. This gender equity research directly enhances HERS’ programs, ensuring the curriculum delivered is current and relevant to today’s professional environment.
