HERS recognizes that women face many challenges in academia, challenges that vary depending on one’s role and stage of career. Although the HERS Leadership Institute is inclusive in who it invites, and expansive in its curriculum, we are excited to be developing new programs to meet the needs of women in higher education, no matter their chosen path.
