Aspiring Administrators Bootcamp
Join us for a five-part series plus an individual coaching session to dive deeper into leading and building teams, motivating and managing at all levels, and resolving conflict. Participants will engage with peers and HERS alums (senior women and gender diverse leaders with experience from a variety of higher education areas) as they interrogate their own strengths, develop skills required for aspiring administrators and leaders, and as they interrogate their own strengths and develop skills required for administration and leadership.
Here is what some of our participants had to say:
“I hadn’t realized just how much I needed to ‘sit in a room’ with a group of [women] leaders. I feel both validated and armed with tips and tools to manage the stress of these roles.”
“The hour [coaching session] was incredibly useful and could lead to significant changes in my career path.”
“The presenter was engaging, the session was participatory. I felt like we are really building community among the participants. The information shared today was truly pure gold!”
The sessions were “very organized, targeted, optimistic, evidence-based.”
“It was great to have the chance to just talk out situations taking place at work, as well as discuss future plans and how to obtain them.”
