Leading and Building Teams, Motivating and Managing Performance, and Resolving Conflict.

Join us for a five-part series plus an individual coaching session to dive deeper into leading and building teams, motivating and managing at all levels, and resolving conflict. Participants will engage with peers and HERS alums (senior women leaders with experience from a variety of higher education areas) as they interrogate their own strengths, develop skills required for aspiring administrators and leaders, and plan their next career steps.
