Understanding the Basics of Supervision, Management, and Career Mapping.

Join us for three 90-minute sessions and 1 individual coaching session to dive deeper into effective supervision, managing at all levels, and developing a career map. Participants will engage with peers and HERS alums (senior women leaders with experience from a variety of higher education areas) as they interrogate their own strengths, develop skills required for aspiring administrators and leaders, and plan their next career steps.
